The program

One to two years.
Four phases. One person, rebuilt.

01
Weeks 1–2

Intake & Blackout

No phones, no outside contact. We get to know you. You settle into the rhythm of the community. We assess physical, mental, and spiritual needs and build your personal plan.

02
Months 1–3

Foundation

You move into your apartment with a roommate. Daily classes begin: trauma, codependency, finance, parenting, communication. Job training, job search, or return to work starts.

03
Months 3–12

Building

Full work or training schedule. Rent stipend begins, with 10% routed automatically to savings. Required volunteer service in the community.

04
Months 12–24

Launch

You sponsor newer residents. You graduate with a prudent reserve in savings, a job, a sponsor, a network, and the skills to live independently and sober.

Daily life

Classes, work, service, and play.

Boredom causes relapse. Our days are full — purposeful, structured, and joyful.

Trauma counseling

Individual and group therapy with licensed clinicians.

Codependency & relationships

Learning healthy boundaries and how to get along with others.

Parenting

Practical support for residents reuniting with their children.

Financial literacy

Budgeting, saving, prudent reserves, and breaking the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle.

Job skills & job training

Résumé, interview prep, vocational pathways, and transportation to work.

Body work

Physical therapy, gym time, dance, nutrition, and outdoor activity.

Arts & spirit

Music, painting, pottery, writing — finding God in the arts.

Animal therapy

Equine, aquarium, and animal-assisted therapy programs.

The agreement

What we ask of every resident.
